Dunmore Does Purple
"Burn" live with band InDeepPurple | Jun 2015

Rock organ, piano, synth.
Classically trained. Driven by rock.
Influences: Jon Lord, Billy Joel, Ken Hensley, Beethoven, Freddie Mercury.

Available for any musical project: commercials, studio, live, tours, songwriting, arranging, producing, tabulation, composer, Musical Director, Band Leader.

As well as band situations, I also work with solo vocalists, songwriters, studios, small businesses, solo artists who need one or two songs tracked, etc.; any situation that needs keyboards, piano or organ.

My playing styles cover the musical spectrum, from classical piano, to 70's rock organ, to 80's pop synth, to r&b, funk, rap, country, progressive rock, mainstream, alternative, etc. I do not do jazz.

I am available for any type of studio work, in any type of studio: have worked in all the big Los Angeles haunts (Paramount, Aire LA, Westlake, Clearlake, Capitol, etc.), down to well-outfitted private studios, or directly into a computer in someone's living room.

Onstage, I can slot into whatever your band requires from a keyboard player: from a backing player, holding up many different sounds and textures, to a frontman, holding court with scorching lead solos.

I am available for extensive travel, anywhere in the world; all passports and paperwork are in order; no "day job" to hold me down (at the risk of sounding like Greg Brady: Music is my day job!).

If you're a Band or a solo Musician, you want a hired musician to learn all your gig material BEFORE a rehearsal, and you want that musician to walk onstage and perform your material as if they've been doing it all their lives with you. I know you do, because when *I* hire musicians, that's what I expect from them.

You should expect nothing less from me.

I am a lightning-fast learner; can learn full sets the night before a gig; and I only need minimum rehearsals, saving you time and money.

An intense performer at rock gigs, my keyboards must survive body damage, multiple key replacements and the occasional ritual burning...

Consider a pianist or organist during your wedding or reception, or consider a pianist and female vocalist in the background of your engagement party or special event.

As you can see from these pages, I am also a lead vocalist, and can perform as a vocalist/keyboardist, but I generally keep the disciplines separated--unless the money is good enough to do 'em together!

I am based in Southern California (Van Nuys, Los Angeles), and available to travel anywhere in the world.

If you need a reliable road animal, who will not enter into political intrigue with other band members or crew (no backstabbings, gossip or rumors), call on The Dunmore. My experience as a Band Manager means I know the importance of only communicating with the band leader or management.
